The study reports that the median compensation for enterprises with revenues over $500 million for IT middle managers is $76,981 and for technical staff members is $64,247. For enterprises with revenues of $100 to $500 million total compensation for IT executives is $124,472, middle managers is $75,194 and for technical staff members is $59,574. Victor Janulaitis, Janco's CEO said, “Compensation for IT professionals has increased slightly in the past six months. Hiring has remained relatively flat, but we are seeing an increase in demand for IT professionals with extensive production and operations experience. ” In adding he said, “Janco's forecast for the next six months for compensation is that it will increase as will hiring demand. ”
